How much does it cost?
From $2 per staff and 15c for SMS. We work out each month’s subscription based on the total unique staff that are active the month before. More information on ‘active users’ below.
Is it free to setup?

What do my staff see when they login?
All staff have their own custom Staff Location, accessible via a smart phone app or web browser. The best way to view this is by adding yourself as a staff member, then following the System guides → Staff guide. Staff NEVER see the pay rates of others.

I can’t remember my password…
Your password can be reset via the ‘Request new password’ link on the login page.
One of my staff is not appearing on the Time Clock?
This is generally because the staff does not have a shift on a published roster for the day OR someone has already clocked the shift in and out.View all General FAQs
