Rate staff on each role they can perform to assist in rostering the best available staff
Giving staff a rating can make it easier when trying to decide which staff to roster. When adding a new shift or filling a shift, the list of available staffs will be ordered with the highest rated staff at the top of the list.
To update a rating for an staff, navigate to Core HR > People > staff. Locate the relevant staff and click the ‘Edit’ button, then navigate to the ‘Roles’ tab, locate the relevant role and click on the number of stars that you want to assign.
