‘Groups’ are an enterprise feature useful in reporting and attaching manager access too. They should be setup to match your companies org. structure. Suggested groupings include “divisions“, “regions“, “states” and “channels“. Enterprise customers can turn on up to three levels of groupings via the
page. Once turned on they can be defined via the page, then set on each location via the section.Below you will find a breakdown of all the fields on the

ID*¹ | GR10001 | A unique identifier for the group. An ID can be comprised of text and/or numbers up to 20 characters in length. If the ID used belongs to an existing deleted group, it will be un-deleted. |
Name*¹ | Victoria | A short name given to the group to make it easy to identify in drop-down lists and reports. |
Type*¹ | State | The single name of the group type this group belongs too. Group types are defined on the 'Settings -> Company settings' page. |
Areas¹ | All the areas within the group. |
