The discussion area can be used for announcements, and to have open discussions with your staff and co-managers.
The files area can be used store files for download by staff and co-managers when they login.
Below you will find a breakdown of all the fields in the System logs → Incoming SMS page of your account.
The Communication → Outgoing messages page lists all the messages the system has ever sent to your staff, on your behalf.
