Understanding the outgoing messages area

The Communication → Outgoing messages page lists all the messages the system has ever sent to your staff, on your behalf. This can be useful when validating certain communication was successfully delivered, as well as providing you with a way to resend it (should your staff's contact details change).

To resend a message, click the Resend button. You will have a chance to change their contact details or send to the same place/s the original messages went to.

Below you will find a breakdown of all the fields within the Communication → Outgoing messages area of your account.
