Hi there! My name is Kimberley Schollick, and I’m the newest addition to the Ento team. As Marketing Coordinator, I’ll be sharing my insights on management, HR and how to get the best out of your employees.
I’m a Melbourne native who spends entirely too much time cooking, going to gigs, complaining about the weather and reading books written by comedians. My background is fairly varied, with experience in the retail, not-for-profit and marketing sectors.
As someone who’s managed a variety of employees in the past – from sales assistants to volunteers to graphic designers – I understand just how challenging it can be to build, motivate and retain a great team.
