Check that scheduled hours are being distributed evenly among employees based on their available hours
scheduling > Reports > Prescribed hours utilisation
Using your weekly ordinary hours, this report will give a ‘Total prescribed hours avail’ which is the total hours that would be considered ‘ordinary’ for the chosen paycycle.
You can then compare it to the total hours the employee is scheduled, hours they’re under utilised, and whether they go over a given maximum.
This report then shows who is being underutilised, and who is currently scheduled over their ordinary hours, which can be used to avoid overtime and over-scheduling employees.
Filter using the fields at the top of the report to find more specific data you wish to review, then use the export buttons to save the table if required.
