Each lesson consists of:
- a 45-60 minute recorded webinar, delivered by a training specialist
- a learning guide with top tips and suggested learning activities to help you embed your learning in your day-to-day.
We suggest you watch the webinar recording and then use the Learning Guide as a quick reference/memory aid as needed.
Session 1: Introduction to Rostering
By the end of this session, you’ll be able to access and create rosters, make meaning from the information in them, and create and edit shifts efficiently.
Session 2: Resolving common compliance alerts and publishing rosters
By the end of this session, you’ll be able to:
- Identify and resolve common critical roster alerts
- Understand how the Ento Employee area communicates shifts and supports employee engagement and self-management.
Session 3: Using the Fill-in Finder and responding to unplanned changes
By the end of this session, you’ll be able to adapt to unexpected events efficiently, by using:
- The fill-in finder to offer shifts to your workforce
- Bulk roster actions to perform changes to multiple shifts at once.
Session 4: Clock-in/out methods and recommended practices for reviewing Timesheets
By the end of this session, you’ll be able to:
- Understand the methods available for clock-in/out, and how to launch the Timeclock.
- Access timesheets and action as required, including converting to leave, zeroing-out unworked shifts and reviewing authorised timesheets prior to payroll.
Session 5: Rostering and timesheet reports
By the end of this session, you’ll be able to:
- Access and make meaning from in-built rostering and time & attendance reports
- Create, edit and run customised Shift exports.
