Compliance – Clock in & out report

Check your compliance for clocking in and out at a glance

Time & Attendance > Reports > Compliance – Clock in & out
This monitoring tool is a heat map of attendance compliance. Grey is good – fully compliant, and the darker the shade of red gets, the greater the number of issues where employees are clocking in and out differently to what has been rostered. A perfect score would only occur where all employees clocked both in and out at their rostered times for the full period.
View the locations in general for their combined compliance, or filter down further on the individual location by clicking the ‘+‘ icon next to it, expanding the location to show all employees with that primary location and their compliance for the period.

By default all locations are shown for the 7 day period from the current ‘Week Start’ date – alter that to look at a different week or set of 7 days.
The total compliance for each location you are reporting will show in the right-most column. Total compliance for each day will show at the bottom of the report. Overall compliance for the week will show in the bottom-right corner cell.
Custom data fields can be used for filtering, and results can be exported to CSV format making this a very versatile tool. Once you have the data displaying you are after click the Table data button at the top to export to a CSV file.
For managers after a more immediate notification that employees aren’t clocked in on time, they can set up a ‘No show’ notification for a set period of time from the start of the shift through Manager Permissions.
