Billing Changes

Core HR will be released to everyone on October 3rd 2017. This brings a 30% improvement in speed of Ento, along with a clean modern menu design.

To coincide with the introduction of Core HR and the fact we have many new ‘onboarding only’ customers, we’ll be changing our method for counting “active monthly users” to account for the range of modules available.

We’ll now count active users based on usage in any module, rather than just measuring activity in rostering. For most customers it’ll be business as usual – only 3% of our customers will see more than a 10% change in their monthly subscription, and if you’re part of that 3% we’re in the process of contacting you soon.

This means that those accounts focusing on the new onboarding features of Ento will consider active users to be anyone linked to an active workflow in that month. Most customers, who utilise a number of modules within Ento, will consider an ‘active user’ to be anyone who is created, utilised or modified within the month, whether that’s onboarded, rostered, on leave, or has a mobile number updated.

Updates to T&Cs

To reflect this change, we are updating C1 in our terms and conditions from:

The primary Fee to use Ento is the Subscription Fee, which is payable monthly in advance (after any free trial period has expired) and calculated on the number of staff rostered the previous month.

to

The primary Fee to use Ento is the Subscription Fee, which is payable monthly in advance (after any free trial period has expired) and calculated on the number of Active Users the previous month.

We are also adding this definition of Active Users “The total staff used within at least one module the customer has switched on.

The Ento team has grown by 63% this year and we’ve moved into a beautiful big office that will let us keep growing. We’re constantly looking for talented product developers and implementation consultants so we can build more features and better support our customers. You can see more about these open positions here.

We’re so eager to start receiving feedback on all of these new features, and can’t wait to share what else we’ve been cooking up lately.
