We have been using Ento to manage our 90 staff across 4 locations for the last 4 months and could not be happier!
Payroll alone used to take our bookkeeper 2.5 hours a week plus another 5 hours per week of manager time following up missing shifts, shift swaps, those that put too many/ too little hours, etc.
Now that staff are entering their own time sheets and we can export to MYOB we think it take us about 15 - 30 minutes to complete, including the bank payment and payslips emailed. Saving us time, money and STRESS!
We love that this system puts the responsibility back onto the staff. Both for time sheets but also unavailabilities. We are no longer spoon feeding them and it feels great!

We have thoroughly benefitted from using the Ento system. Ento enabled us to build rosters for 4 locations and 30 staff. Staff were able to request time off and upload unavailability from home, from work or on their mobiles. This made rostering easier for me than it ever has been before. With the click of a button all staff are notified of their upcoming roster-which they could then view whenever they like.
The system even allowed us to download the rosters to a printable format which we could hang up on staff notice boards. Ento is outstanding software that we have deployed in our supermarket of 40+ staff. Week after week we have been able to decrease our labour cost just by exclusive use of this software. Before Ento - Prior to using Ento, we would ask for staff availabilities for a semester (approximately 14 weeks), insert them into an excel spreadsheet and then create a weekly casual roster on to another spreadsheet. Every change in availability required the casual staff to contact the team leader who would manually update the staff availability in the excel spreadsheet. Staff would contact the team leader on a daily basis to change their availabilities or advise that they could no longer do a shift. With up to 60 staff to manage, it sometimes took 2 days to finish a roster, and mistakes were often made with assigning staff to shifts they were unavailable for.
With Ento - Ento took the work away from the team leader, and put the onus on the casual staff to update their own availabilities. The staff found the Ento system really easy to use and adapted to the change in process very quickly. Now, the team leader rarely has to change the roster after it is published and can keep close track of the hours staff have worked before they submit their time sheets. It is also very easy to fill a shift if a staff calls in sick or is unable to do their shift, simply by referring to Ento and checking time-offs. Rosters now only take a maximum of a couple of hours to do.

Beaurepaires has now been using Ento for all rostering and time keeping across its network of 250+ stores and 1,500+ employees for approx. 12 months and it has been an outstanding success. Field managers who previously had no idea what was happening in a store unless they physically visited it (often a difficult task in remote mining towns) can now track the attendance of all staff in real time and take action to rectify issues immediately, rather than waiting for manual timesheets to come through or for a customer to complain.
