Welcome to Ento!
Ento is a cloud-based staff rostering, leave, attendance and communication software. The software integrates with leading HR, payroll and POS systems and harnesses facial-recognition technology within our unique tablet-based time clock. In short, we provide a workforce management system that’s easy to use, yet powerful enough for some of the biggest brands around town. Despite having a new look, Ento has actually been around since 2009 and is currently used by over 1,500 workplaces around the world. We started in Aulay’s garage (ok, not really, it was an office) as ‘JustRosters’, changed to ‘Roster Plus’, and are now bringing an international brand out to service customers from all over the world. For existing ‘Roster Plus’ customers, nothing is going to change (except for our name). You’ll still experience smarter rostering, leave, attendance, communication and great customer service. For those who are new to us – we hope you like the new look and take us up on our free trial! Aside from introductions, we also thought this was a great time to explain what you can expect to see here (on this blog).
What you’ll experience from this blog
As a part of the new brand, we’re making a concerted effort to become the place you go for interesting, insightful and impactful information (see the three ‘i’s I got in there?). This means we’ll be putting together posts, guides, reviews and case studies on creating happier workplaces. While we realise ‘happier workplaces’ is somewhat of a broad topic, it seems like a good way to openly encompass a range of issues our clients struggle with such as:
- Hiring quality staff
- Keeping quality staff
- Increasing productivity
- Reducing staff costs
- Improving workplace culture
Of course, we’ll still be sprinkling in the occasional feature or company update and industry insight to mix things up, but our primary goal will be to help create happier workplaces.
